110.22 Personnel Administration

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this guideline is to set forth the aspects of personnel administration to be in compliance with local, State and National requirements.

PROCEDURE:

  • Maitland Fire Rescue personnel are expected to comply with provisions of the City’s Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual, the Maitland Fire Rescue Department’s Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) and/or the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Maitland Professional Firefighters, Local 3590 and the City of Maitland as appropriate.
